OVERVIEW:

This shows all of the machines in your system. Use this window to add, edit, and delete machines. All machines shown in this window will be advertised on EquipmentMLS.

The top portion of the window contains a grid. The grid displays a list of machines. There are columns that show some some information to help you identify and select a machine. There is a row of information for each machine in the system. You can use the slider to the right of the grid to view the entire list. The order of the list can be softed by some of the column by double-clicking on the column heading. For example, you can sort the list by the machine description by double-clicking on the title 'Short Description'.

The lower portion of the window contains information for one of the machines. You can choose a machine by clicking on the corresponding row in the grid. Data can be changed by clicking on the field and changing the information.

Add a new machine by pressing the button labeled 'Add machine' in the lower left hand corner. Then fill all fields.

Remove a machine from your list by first selecting the machine. Make sure the correct machine is displayed in the lower portion of the window. Press the button labeled 'Remove machine' at the bottom of the window. Press the 'Yes' button when you are asked to confirm your removal of the machine.

Exiting the System:
You can exit the system three ways. 1) Press the 'Done' button in the lower right-hand corner of the window. 2) Select 'FILE / EXIT' from the menu bar. 3) Close the window using either of the standard window control boxes in the upper-left or upper-right corner of the window.

FIELDS:

UED:
Select the UED Code from this pull-down list.

Your reference code:
A stock number or code you use to identify the machine.

Advertising description:
A long one line description of the machine. Enter an appropriate description that describes the main features of the machine.

MFG:
Use the pull-down to select the manufacturer of the machine. Please try to use an existing manufacturer when possible. If the machine is made by a company not on the list, you may enter a new manufacturer in the field. When requested, confirm that you have have entered a new manufacturer.

Model:
Enter your machines model.

Serial number:
This will not be display. Entering this information is optional. It will help you to identify the machine.

Year:
Enter the year of the machine.

Your comments:
This will not be displayed in any advertising. Enter only information to help you.

Specifications:
Enter a long (unlimited length) description of the machine. You may enter any relevant information. It is recommended that you enter all relevant machine specifications. To view this field, you must select the 'Specifications' tab. The tab is located on the left side of the window.

SUMMARY:

Use this window to set up the machines you want to advertise.
