To change the format of the automatically generated email quote follow these steps:

1. From the menu bar select "TOOLS / SETUP INFORMATION"
   
   
2. Select the "SYSTEM INFORMATION BUTTON"
   
   
3. From the left column select the option "QuoteEmailTemplate"
   
   
4. The text in the "VALUE" box will be sent in the email body. (Do not use HTML) Substitution will be made for various ~~ variables. You may change any of the text or ~~ variables. For a comprehensive list of substitution labels see the document "What is a substitution field".

NOTE: For the equipment being quoted, the pictures marked to be attached to the quote will be included as attachments.
