Sample HTML Equipment Email

This is a pretty good template that you can use for sending out equipment list emails. Your company name, web addresses, etc. should be inserted proplerly.

You may want to change or verify the following items before sending out emails:

The logo is a koala. Substitute your logo or just remove....or you can use the koala royalty free.

You may want to verify the equipment links. If you use a standard LocPlus MLS website, the equipment links will work great! (As long as the machine is on your website) If you use alternatives, you may have to make some adjustments.

Both the equipment classification and the class description are included. This is redundant, but may be necessary if you don't have class descriptions entered for all of your equipment classifications. If you don't like the redundancy, the best solution is to enter class descriptions (if you haven't already) and then take out the ~~AV_MACLASS~~.

Feel free to enhance and change. If you want help with HTML, Koala Software (as well as others) offer assistence at a reasonable rate.
